In-person services

Private 1-on-1 Training

It's just you and your personal trainer in a private gym.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private training is offered for groups of 2 - 4 people so you can

train with friends or a significant other! 

My Commitment to Your Results

Results take time and I'm invested in you. I offer 12, 6 and 3 month programs. Different package options include 2 - 3 sessions per week.

Results!

My number one priority is YOUR desired result. Tell me your goals and we will formulate a plan together to get you where you want to be.

No cookie cutter programs.

My programs are written for YOU and tailored to your individual abilities, needs and goals.  

Program accessibility through mobile app.

I post your workouts so you can view them ahead of our session or workout on your own. The app allows me, your trainer, to comment with instructions or words of encouragement and provide demonstration videos for the exercises. It is also a great tool for you to track your progress.  

Special attention and care to any areas of pain on your body.

Life is too short to be slowed down by aches and pains. I do my best to work around any problem areas or movements that are bothersome during your workout, and if I can, I help alleviate pain using self-myofascial release techniques, stretching and strength training. 

Nutrition support and accountability.

Together we will set well-paced weight loss goals and I'll teach you the actions you need to take in order to achieve successful, sustainable weight loss, while still enjoying foods you love.   

Increased strength and cardiovascular conditioning.

I want your muscles toned and your cardiologist giving you raving reviews about your heart health. 


Improved balance and stabilization.

Each program includes balance training to improve postural alignment, develop coordination and aid in fall prevention. The earlier balance, muscular stabilization and movement awareness is developed the less likely a fall will occur in your senior years. People often wait until they are already at risk of falling and by then it’s too late.  

Increased mobility/flexibility.

I want you to move better, without pain or restrictions. I identify muscles that have become overactive and under-active causing a disruption in efficient movement patterns. We will loosen up the overactive, tight muscles and strengthen the under-active, weak muscles. This can correct movement patterns, improve posture and alleviate muscular discomfort.
